Liqueurs and aperitifs — the bottles that turn two ingredients into a drink. Patrón XO Cafe, a dry coffee liqueur built on tequila, The Dubliner Irish whiskey liqueur, and Karu's Orsa, which is cold brew steeped into the distillery's own gin.
Most of these are lower in strength than a base spirit and sweeter, so they work over ice as much as in a cocktail.
