A collaboration across the Blue Mountains - Karu's Affinity Gin blended with organic cold brew from The Little Coffee Co.

We stock it because it makes an espresso martini without the usual argument about which coffee to use, and because a local collaboration is worth supporting when the result is this good.

A coffee liqueur built on Karu's own Affinity Gin rather than on neutral spirit — cold brew coffee steeped into the finished gin, so the citrus and vanilla of the base are still doing work underneath.

Coffee and dark chocolate up front, with the gin's vanilla and almond behind it and burnt sugar on the finish. Less sweet and more structured than the usual coffee liqueur, which makes it a considerably more interesting espresso martini. Also good simply poured over ice.
