Why we stock it

Twelve botanicals, each distilled separately and blended afterwards, which is slower and more expensive than a single pot charge and gives a cleaner line between them. Blood lime, river mint, dorrigo pepper and lemon myrtle are the native four.

We stock it because it is made in Rosebery, twenty minutes from this shop, and because separate distillation is a real technique rather than a marketing line.

Delivery Sydney metro. Same-day dispatch on orders placed before 2pm.

    The Botanist Islay Dry Gin

We stock it because it is a whisky distillery's gin and it shows - more texture and weight than the category usually carries, and it rewards being drunk on its own.

We stock it because it is the bottle that proves what fresh fruit does in a still, and because it makes a Martini that needs nothing else.
