Why we stock it

Vapour infusion rather than steeping: the spirit passes through the botanicals as vapour, which gives a lighter, more floral result than a London dry made the usual way. Ten botanicals including grains of paradise and cubeb.

We stock it because the vapour basket is a genuine technical difference worth explaining, and because it is the bottle most people picture when they picture gin.

Delivery Sydney metro. Same-day dispatch on orders placed before 2pm.

    The Botanist Islay Dry Gin

We stock it because it is a whisky distillery's gin and it shows - more texture and weight than the category usually carries, and it rewards being drunk on its own.

We stock it because it is the bottle that proves what fresh fruit does in a still, and because it makes a Martini that needs nothing else.

We stock it because a shelf of contemporary gins needs a reference point, and this is it - the bottle everything else is measured against.
