Why we stock it

A blend built largely from pot still spirit and bottled with sugar added, which is normal for the Spanish style and worth saying out loud rather than leaving to be discovered.

We stock it because it is the bottle that converts whisky drinkers, and because being straight about the sweetening is the difference between selling someone a rum and selling them a surprise.

Delivery Sydney metro. Same-day dispatch on orders placed before 2pm.

We stock it because the drink it was designed for is two ingredients and a lime, and it does not come together properly with an unaged rum.
