Why we stock it

The Nolet family have been distilling in Schiedam since 1691. The final cut is made in a coal-fired copper pot still called Distilleerketel #1, which is where the name comes from, and it is tasted rather than measured.

We stock it because it is the vodka bartenders reach for when the drink is mostly vodka, and because a still with a name and a date is a better reason to buy than a marketing story.
