Why we stock it

Red winter wheat instead of rye as the flavouring grain, which is why it is rounder and less peppery than most Kentucky bourbon. Every bottle is still dipped in red wax by hand.

We stock it because it is the highest-ranked bourbon in the state that is bought for what is in the bottle rather than for the price on the shelf, and because the wheated mash bill is the clearest single difference anyone can taste in this category.

Delivery Sydney metro. Same-day dispatch on orders placed before 2pm.

Maker’s Mark® Bourbon is distinct not only for its unique flavour, but its iconic bottle that is hand-dipped and sealed
in red wax. Maker’s Mark bourbon whisky is smoother and less bitter than other bourbons because we use
winter wheat in the mash instead of the traditional distiller’s rye. From the beginning, Maker’s Mark set high
standards for handcraftsmanship and quality that remain the same today, over 50 years later.

We stock it because it is in the state's top twenty-five and it is what a great many people mean when they ask for something sweeter, and because saying plainly that it is a liqueur is more useful than pretending it is whiskey.

We stock it because it is the least expensive bottle on this shelf that comes out of a distillery worth naming, which is a better argument for a cheap bourbon than any of the bulk-blended ones make.
