Why we stock it

Rested in American and French oak, which rounds off the raw agave edge without burying it.

We stock it because reposado is where most people find the tequila they actually like. Blanco can be sharp and añejo can be expensive; this sits in between and suits both sipping and mixing.

Delivery Sydney metro. Same-day dispatch on orders placed before 2pm.

The same 100% blue agave spirit as the Silver, rested in American and French oak before bottling. Reposado means rested: months in wood rather than the years of an añejo.

The oak rounds off the pepper without burying the agave — expect vanilla, butterscotch and a little toasted spice over the green, mineral core. The middle of the range, and the one that suits a Tommy's margarita or an Old Fashioned built on tequila.

    1800 Cristalino Tequila

We stock it because it is the most interesting thing happening in mainstream tequila, and because it genuinely confuses people in a blind pour, which is a decent recommendation on its own.

    1800 Añejo Tequila

We stock it because añejo is the argument against treating tequila as a shot. This is a bottle to pour into a glass and leave alone.

    Jose Cuervo Especial Reposado

We stock it for the same reason - it is familiar, it is asked for, and it does its job in a mixed drink. Just know it is not the same category as the 100% agave bottles on the shelf next to it.
