Why we stock it

The Morita rested in ex-tequila barrels from Mexico, which softens the chipotle and adds caramelised citrus and a longer spiced finish.

We stock it alongside the standard bottle because they do different jobs. The original is for building drinks; this one is closer to something you would sip, and it is the more interesting of the two.
