Why we stock it

Fusion is made from Indian and Scottish peated barley, matured in Bangalore where the heat does in four years what Scotland needs twelve for.

We stock it because it was the bottle that forced people to stop treating Indian whisky as a novelty, and because it still tastes like nothing else in the cabinet.

Distilled in Bangalore from two barleys — Indian barley grown in the Himalayan foothills and peated barley from Scotland — which is what Fusion refers to. They are distilled separately and married after maturation.

India's climate matures whisky fast, so this drinks older than its years: dark fruit and toffee up front, then a clean line of peat smoke through the finish. A serious single malt, and the bottle that put Indian whisky on international shelves.
