Jameson's standard Irish whiskey put through double-charred bourbon barrels, which adds a layer of vanilla and spice the original does not have.

We stock it because it is the step up from the green bottle that people actually notice. If Jameson is already the house pour, this is the one worth trading up to before spending considerably more.

Triple-distilled Irish whiskey, made from a higher proportion of small-batch pot still whiskey than standard Jameson and finished in bourbon barrels that have been charred a second time.

The double char is what you taste: butterscotch, toasted wood and vanilla over the soft, rounded Irish character. Fuller and spicier than the standard bottling, and it holds up in an Old Fashioned.
